Here are our current COVID-19 safety policies as of November 22nd, 2022. Eastside dance follows all CDC and local COVID-19 safety recommendations. We will update these policies as necessary.
COVID-19 Safety Policies:
- Masks will be optional for dancers and staff.
- All surfaces, barres, and props are disinfected regularly.
- Dancers and families are encouraged to sanitize their hands often at our sanitizing stations.
- Air is continuously circulated in the lobby and studio with outside air intake. Our front door will be left open for additional airflow when possible.
- Please follow the guidelines below if you have COVID-19 symptoms, have been exposed to COVID-19, or have tested positive for COVID-19.
What to do if you have been exposed to COVID-19:
- Please follow the CDC exposure guidelines here.
- If you are symptom-free: You may come to class if you are symptom-free, however, please wear a mask to class for 10 days following exposure.
- If you have symptoms: Do not come to class if you have symptoms. Test 5 days after exposure. If your test is negative, you may come to class and must wear a mask for 10 days after your exposure.
