Tuition Policies

2024/25 School Year Tuition Rates: 

• 45-minute class: $24
• 1 hour class: $26
• 1.25 hour & Adult classes: $26
• 1.5 hour & Adult Classes: $26
• 2 hours per week: $48
• 2.5 hours per week: $60
• 3 hours per week: $69
• Drop-In Class: $30

Payment Details:

• Tuition is auto-charged upon registration and on the 1st of each month following. Monthly tuition amounts reflect how many classes occur during that month. Please note: December tuition is charged on Nov. 1st and June tuition is charged on May 1st due to December and June being partial months. Students may not attend class if an account is past due. 
• Enrollment in Auto-Pay in the Class Portal is required for registration. 
• Tuition is non-refundable: Once tuition is charged, it is non-refundable. If a student misses a class, you may be able to schedule a make-up class, but it is not guaranteed. Please see our make-up class policy below for details. 
• Pro-Rated Tuition: Tuition will be prorated if you join part-way through a month. 
• A $35 Annual Registration Fee (per family) is due at registration and is non-refundable. Registration fees cover our music licensing fees, insurance, and studio equipment maintenance, which increase costs for each student. Registration fees are good for the school year (September 1st - August 31st) and renew when you register for classes occurring in the next school year. 
• Enrollment for 2024/25 School Year Session: Our School Year Sessions run from September to June.
• Withdrawing from Classes: You must unenroll from class through the Eastside Dance Class Portal (https://dancestudio-pro.com/online/eastsidedance) before the last day of the month to avoid being charged for tuition the following month. Once tuition is charged, it cannot be refunded. 

 Summer Session Tuition Rates: 

• Summer Camps are $325

Summer Payment Details:

• Camp and Class tuition is due in full upon registration. Tuition is non-refundable after June 1st.
• Pro-Rated Tuition: Your class tuition will be prorated if you join part-way through the session. Camp tuition cannot be prorated.

Eastside Dance is committed to creating pipelines and pathways for young people of all backgrounds to succeed in school, in dance, and in life. We realize that everyone’s circumstances are different, and we do not want resources to be a hindrance to a student being able to take dance classes with us. 

Tuition assistance awards apply to School Year programs. Assistance for Summer Programs is extended to families who were awarded tuition assistance during the School Year via a Summer Programs Tuition Assistance Extension Application. The Extension Application period is December through February of each year, and extensions are awarded as funding permits. 

Our 2024/25 School Year Applications are now closed.
