Eastside Dance Company (EDC)

EASTSIDE DANCE COMPANY (EDC) ELIGIBILITY

EDC is open to all dancers enrolled in either:

• Level 2 Class and is at least 8 years old by Sept 1st, 2025
• Level 3+ Class and is at least 8 years old by Sept 1st, 2025
• Beg/Int Class and is at least 8 years old by Sept 1st, 2025
• Intermediate or higher class
•  Dancers must stay enrolled at Eastside Dance through the duration of Company and have consistent attendance in class and rehearsals. 
• Dancers must uphold Eastside Dance’s values (Inclusive, Brave, Tenacious, Passionate, Bright) at all times. 
• [Not Required] We strongly recommend all Company dancers take at least two dance classes per week to have the stamina and strength to be successful in Company.   

COMPANY CASTING AUDITIONS: 

SUNDAY NOVEMBER 16TH 2:00 PM-6:00 PM | EASTSIDE DANCE KIRKLAND

•  Beg/Int & Intermediate / Level 2-3 Dancers: 

Costume Measurements: 2-3pm

Dance Auditions: 3-4pm 

• Int/Adv / Level 4 Dancers:

Costume Measurements: 3-4pm

Dance Auditions: 4-5pm 

• Advanced / Level 5+ Dancers:  

Costume Measurements: 4-5pm

Dance Auditions: 5-6pm

Attending the audition is required to be cast for Eastside Dance Company.

• RSVPs for Company have now closed. Please note: we generate our audition list based on RSVP forms received. Dancers will be divided by age and ability. 
• Audition Attire: Please come with all the dance shoes you own/use in your Eastside Dance classes. If you are new to Eastside Dance, please see Eastside Dance attire guidelines listed on our website.  

Rehearsals begin January 18th, 2026, 2pm-7pm. All dancers will have a minimum of 2 hours of rehearsals. Specific times will be emailed to you once casting is complete.
