Ballet: Build strength and flexibility through learning classical ballet techniques. Ballet classes consist of barre and center combinations. Ballet shoes (or socks for int./adv. dancers) are required. 

Contemporary:  Explore the depth of movement and expression in our Adult Contemporary class. This class blends elements of modern dance, jazz, and ballet with a focus on fluidity, creativity, and emotional expression. Ideal for dancers of all levels, our contemporary class encourages you to connect with the music and express yourself through dynamic choreography and improvisation. Commercial: Step into the spotlight with our Commercial Dance class for adults! This high-energy class draws inspiration from the latest music videos, pop culture, and stage performances, blending elements of hip-hop, jazz, and street dance. Designed for dancers of all levels, this class focuses on sharp choreography, dynamic movements, and performance quality, helping you build confidence and unleash your inner star. Whether you're aiming to master the latest dance trends or just want a fun workout, our Commercial Dance class offers an exciting and supportive environment to shine.

Jazz: Ignite your energy and creativity in our Adult Jazz class! This vibrant and upbeat class combines classic jazz techniques with contemporary styles, offering a fun and engaging way to improve your strength, flexibility, and coordination. With a focus on sharp, expressive movements and dynamic choreography, this class is perfect for all levels—whether you’re new to dance or rekindling your passion. Come dance to lively music, explore your personal style, and enjoy a supportive environment that celebrates the joy of movement.

Studio Hip-Hop:  Our instructors teach street hip-hop dance techniques and culture in a studio setting, beginning with bounces, rolls, pops, locks, and breaking. Dancers will learn choreography over 3-4 weeks. Classes are set to hip-hop music.

Tap: Learn tap basics, build a rhythm, and learn some fun dance steps. Tap classes are set to classical show tunes, Broadway, swing jazz, and popular music. Tap shoes are required.

Pointe:Beginning: Step into the elegance of ballet with our Adult Beginning Pointe class! Designed for adults who have a strong ballet foundation and are ready to advance to pointe work, this class focuses on building the strength, technique, and alignment required for dancing en pointe. With supportive instruction and careful progression, dancers will explore the fundamentals of pointe technique while continuing to enhance their overall ballet skills. Whether you’re fulfilling a lifelong dream or returning to ballet, this class offers a graceful and challenging way to take your dancing to new heights.
