Eastside Dance’s annual Spring Performance is a full-community event where our dancers shine on stage, sharing all they’ve learned with friends and family. In addition to celebrating our dancers’ accomplishments, performing is also an integral part of dance education. Dancers will learn choreography, stage direction, theater etiquette, and how many people (e.g. the Stage Manager, lighting & sound techs, costume managers, the stage crew, and amazing parents!) working together make a show happen. Performing also develops life skills like teamwork (as dancers learn to dance as one), responsibility (as they manage rehearsal times and take care of their costumes), and confidence (as they get on stage to share their art with others). Our Spring Performance brings our community together as we unforgettable experience. It is the highlight of our year, and we can’t with to perform with your family.
