Tuition is auto-charged monthly and is based on how many classes occur that month:
Payment Details and Discounts
- Tuition is auto-charged monthly on the first day of each session (or the day you enroll if it's mid-session) and on the 1st of each month in the session. Your monthly bill reflects how many classes occur that month.
- Enrollment in Auto-Pay in the Class Portal is required for Fall & Spring Session registration.
- Pro-Rated Tuition: Your monthly tuition will be prorated if you join part-way through a month.
- A 10% Tuition Discount is applied to all classes when you register for 3 or more classes per family in a single session.
- $30 Annual Registration Fee will be applied to each family upon registration. Fees are good through August 31st and will renew starting September 1st. Registration Fees hold your spot in class and are nonrefundable.

Missed Classes, Switching, Withdrawing, and Weather Cancelations:
- Missed Class: We do not refund tuition for missed classes as we still need to support our teachers and staff, however, you may be able to schedule a make-up class depending on space. Make-ups must be made during the same session and do not roll over from session to session. Please email office@eastside-dance.com to schedule a make-up.
- Switching Classes: If you need to switch classes at any time due to incorrect level placement or schedule changes, etc., your paid tuition will be applied in full to the new class. You will be charged your new tuition rate (if different) starting on the 1st of the next month.
- Withdrawing from Classes: You must withdraw from a class before the 1st of each month to avoid being charged tuition for the month. Once tuition is charged for the month, it is non-refundable.
