Tuition rates are as follows: 

• 45 Min Classes: $22/class
• 60 Min Classes: $24/Class

Payment Details:

• Tuition is auto-charged monthly on the first day of each session and on the 1st of each month following. Your monthly bill reflects how many classes occur that month. If you join mid-session, you will be charged for the remaining classes that month when you register. Please note that in Spring Session, May and June's tuition are both charged on May 1st, as June is only one week.
• Enrollment in Auto-Pay in the Class Portal is required for Fall & Spring Session registration. Students may not attend class if an account is past due.
• Pro-Rated Tuition: Your monthly tuition will be prorated if you join part-way through a month. 
• Tuition is non-refundable: Once tuition is charged, it is non-refundable. If a student misses a class, you may be able to schedule a make up class, but it is not guaranteed. Please see our make-up class policies for details. 
• A 10% Tuition Discount is applied to all classes when you register for 3 or more classes per family in a single session.
• A $40 Annual Registration Fee will be applied to each family upon registration and is non-refundable. Fees are good through August 31st and will renew starting September 1st.  Registration Fees cover our music licensing fees, insurance, and studio equipment maintenance, which increase in cost with each student. 
• Auto-Enrollment for Spring Session: If you are enrolled in Fall Session, you will be automatically enrolled in the same class(es) for Spring Session to guarantee your spot. You will have plenty of time to change or cancel this enrollment before tuition is billed for the Spring Session. 
• Withdrawing from Classes: To withdraw from a class, you must provide a written request to office@eastside-dance.com before the 1st of each month to avoid being charged tuition for the month. Once tuition is charged for the month, it is non-refundable, even if you do not attend class.

Payment Details:

• Camp and Class tuition is due in full upon registration. Tuition is non-refundable after June 1st.
• Pro-Rated Tuition: Your class tuition will be prorated if you join part-way through the session. Camp tuition cannot be prorated.  
• A 10% Tuition Discount is applied to all classes when you register for 3 or more classes or camps per family in a single session.
• Missed Class: We do not refund tuition for missed classes as we still need to support our teachers and staff, however, you may be able to schedule a make-up class depending on space. Make-ups must be made during the same session and do not roll over from session to session. Please email office@eastside-dance.com to schedule a make-up. There are no make up classes for missed camp days.
