Tuition is charged on the 1st day of the session, then on the 1st of each month following, through the end of the semester. Your monthly bill reflects how many classes occur that month:
Payment Details and Discounts
- Enrollment in Auto-Pay in the Parent Portal is required for Fall & Spring Session registration. Tuition will be automatically charged on the first day of each session and on the 1st of each subsequent month in the session, totaling five payments per session.
- A 10% Tuition Discount is applied to all classes when you register for 3 or more classes per family in a single session.
- $30 Annual Registration Fee will be applied to each family. Registration Fees are due upon registration and are non-refundable.
- Pro-Rated Tuition: Your monthly tuition will be prorated if you join part-way through a month.

Missed Classes, Switching, Withdrawing, and Weather Cancelations:
- Missed Class: We do not refund tuition for missed classes as we still need to support our teachers and staff, however, we may be able to schedule a makeup class for you, depending on space. Please email office@eastside-dance.com to schedule a make-up.
- Switching Classes: If you need to switch classes at any time due to incorrect level placement or schedule changes, etc., your paid tuition will be applied in full to the new class. You will be charged your new tuition rate (if different) starting on the 1st of the next month.
- Withdrawing from Classes: You must withdraw from a class before the 1st of each month to avoid being charged tuition for the month. Once tuition is charged for the month, it is non-refundable.
